Delete your Orchestrate account

Applies to all Orchestrate apps (The Sober Sommelier, Blackspot, Sixword, …)

In the app (instant)

1. Open any Orchestrate app you're signed in to.
2. Go to Profile → Account.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

This permanently deletes your account record and all content linked to it across every Orchestrate app — tasting logs, ratings, reports and posts (public community posts are removed from the feed). Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

By email

If you can't access the app, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, and we'll delete your account within 30 days and confirm when done.

What we keep

Nothing personal. We may retain anonymised, aggregate statistics (for example a community rating average that your rating contributed to) which no longer identify you.
